Rotary Club of Delhi Premier successfully conducted an HPV Vaccination Drive for 150 underprivileged girls at Metro College of Health Sciences and Research, Greater Noida, on 5 May 2026, in coordination with the Metro College of Nursing.
Aligned with the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s vision to combat cervical cancer, the initiative was carried out with the necessary approvals from the District Magistrate’s Office, Chief Medical Officer’s Office, and District Inspector of Schools Office, while strictly adhering to all prescribed medical protocols.
The drive focused on raising awareness and preventing HPV-related diseases through early immunisation. Vaccinations were administered by trained medical and nursing professionals after obtaining proper parental consent, ensuring safety, care, and compliance at every stage.
As part of Rotary International’s global commitment to service, the Club continues to lead impactful initiatives in healthcare, education, and community welfare. This project reinforces its dedication to preventive healthcare and women’s health awareness.
The Club extends heartfelt gratitude to the healthcare teams, institutional partners, parents, and students whose support helped make this initiative a success. Together, we continue to build a healthier and more informed future.
